And yes, absolutely – being busy and tired can lead to worry, stress and sleepless nights.
But you’ve been feeling like this for a while now, and it’s getting harder to explain away.

I’ve been through a disruptive menopause myself. At the time it felt like nobody could help me, including my own GP.
I needed reassurance that I was okay, that I wasn’t sick, I wasn’t depressed (or dealing with early dementia, or any of the other wild things flying through my head).
When the doctor couldn’t help me, I knew I had to find my own path through this new phase of my life.
I didn’t want someone telling me how I ‘should’ experience this.
I wanted to figure out my own experience.
To ignore the doom stories and confusing information and find the ME in my menopause.
And I did just that, and even better – I can do the same for you.
As a fully qualified life coach with 10 years experience, I now specialise in the menopause journey – before, during and after.
No two menopause stories are the same so I adapt my coaching to meet your needs, exactly where you are today.
